Hi, I'm Akshya — a psychologist working with children, adolescents, and adults. With experience across schools, clinical settings, and rehabilitation environments, the focus is simple — helping you feel understood, supported, and more in control of your emotions.

I am a trained psychologist specializing in counselling, working with individuals across different age groups and life situations. My work focuses on helping people understand their emotions, make sense of their thoughts, and respond to situations in a healthier way.

Clinical and rehabilitation experience with exposure to substance use-related concerns, emotional distress, and behavioural challenges.
