About the Counsellor

I am a trained psychologist specializing in counselling, working with individuals across different age groups and life situations. My work focuses on helping people understand their emotions, make sense of their thoughts, and respond to situations in a healthier way.

Experience & Exposure

School Counsellor – Loreto Convent, Ranchi, supporting students with emotional, behavioural, and academic concerns. Clinical and rehabilitation experience with exposure to substance use-related concerns, emotional distress, and behavioural challenges. Work at Mindscape and Nerve and Mind in psychological assessments and case understanding. Experience with Awaaz, Focus Consortium, and We Avec You in counselling support, training, and community mental health.
